We will always accept returns that meet the following
requirements; otherwise they will be returned to the
sender.
Shipping and Handling charges for return and
exchange itesms will be paid by the customer.
We will accept product returns 14 days from the day of
shipment.
Prior authorization is required for return items.

Goods must be accompanied with a customer info, invoice
number and date.
Full credit will be given on returns due to our error.
If the wrong item was sent in your package or something
is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of
receiving your package.
All items outside of the US will be charged an
additional $8.00 processing fee. This is due the
customs paperwork that must be completed in order to
ship the order.
Return credits will be returned to your credit card, or
mailed to you by check if not paid by credit card.
Credits totaling less than $20 will be carried on
account as a credit.
We will not send exchanges unless it's part of a new $50
minimum order.
